With 20+ years in the trade, we have the expereince and understanding of fabrics to ensure that every item that leaves our factory is perfect. Using the latest Barudan machinery we can be guaranteed a quality, accurately stitched  logo. Customers who use our design service can also expect a higher level of quality also. If necessary we produce different versions of designs that will work perfectly on Polo Shirts as well as Sweatshirts, at no extra cost. After all, not only is a logo a reflection of the your customers company, it reflects on us!

At the design stage we use Wilcom Software, which is the industry standard. The design staff have at least 15 years experience individually. Under no circumstances wil we use overseas digitizers. It may appear cheaper in the short term, but you can be sure the quality will not be there and the stitch count will be higher, increasing production costs. For example, a design containing an extra 2000 stitches over a 1000 garments may cost you an extra £300 pounds in production. By saving £20 at the design stage the overall cost has increased by £280.

At The Stitch Mine Ltd, we are cap specialists, producing upwards of 28,000 caps last year alone. We have the technology and skill to ensure your cap embroideries look just as good as your polo shirts. Caps usually require a differently structured embroidery to a Polo Shirt, due to the way a cap is held onto the machine and the movement that occurs during production. This is where experience comes into play. We offer our cap service to other embroidery companies also.

Over the years, we have embroidered most items of clothing from head to toe and a little more!  We have facilities for bag embroidery and have embroidered many equine products.
